Ultra Light Whitening Powder: Bleaches up to 9 tones without damaging hair. Easy to use, for any bleaching technique. Directions for use: Pour the bleaching powder into a glass or plastic container and add 50 ml of oxidation emulsion (10, 20, 30 or 40 vol) to each spoon of bleaching powder (25 ml). Maximum exposure time 60 minutes. Mixing ratio 1: 2 (one part bleaching powder - two parts oxidation emulsion). CAUTION: For professional use only. Wear suitable gloves.
