Creme developer for permanent hair color

Wella Multi Blond powder bleach (800ml) Tri-Lightening technology contains anti-yellowing molecules that help achieve a pure tone. Whitens up to 7 shades. The powder is mixed with Welloxon Perfect emulsion 6%, 9% and 12% or8 also with Color Touch emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a non-metallic container. Use: apply to unwashed hair. The exposure time depends on the condition of the hair. Mixing ratio from 1:1.5 to 1:2 (NOT 1:1). In contact with the scalp, use the oxidant Welloxon maximum up to 6%. Check the result every 5-10 min. Maximum exposure time up to 50 min. After the exposure time, rinse the product with warm water and wash your hair with shampoo.
