Conditioner has excellent conditioning, moisturizing and softening properties. It helps restore vitality and gives hair silky smooth and soft appearance. Application: Work into wet hair. Leave up to 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with Mad About Waves texturizing products.
